When you set up a direct donation to Family Lives through your payroll your pledge is taken from your wages before tax.
This means that for every £1 you donate it will only cost you 80p (60p if you are a higher rate tax payer).
Your finance or human resources department will be able to advise you if there is already a scheme in place. If there is, simply fill out a form with your chosen amount and Family Lives name.
